I started Crown of Thorns Fitness in Febuary of 2025. I was a senior in high school then. I had just gotten my personal training license and wanted to find a way to combine my faith with my passion for fitness. After only a day of passing my test, Crown of Thorns Fitness was born. What started as just a active clothing brand quickly transformed into an everyday wear brand. My goal with COTF is to promote Christ while providing people with an option to purchase affordable Christian clothing that spreads the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
